Dr. Amanjeet Singh serves as the Associate Director in Medanta's Division of GI Surgery, GI Oncology & Bariatric Surgery. His exceptional qualifications include a super specialisation in Surgical Gastroenterology from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, where he was honored with the prestigious Ravi K Jerath award for the best DNB Student of the year. Dr. Singh furthered his training at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and completed a laparoscopic colorectal surgery fellowship at SMC Korea. He has received training in advanced laparoscopy, laparoscopic colorectal, and robotic surgery from various global centers. Dr. Singh, a member of several surgical societies, also reviews national journals and has published research papers in major surgical publications. He is experienced in general and advanced laparoscopic procedures, gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgeries, robotic abdominal surgeries, and perianal surgeries. Dr. Singh is a pioneer of Hand Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery and has developed his own cost-effective technique known as the "Medanta Handport Technique," presented at the Annual Conference of the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons in Florida, USA.
